Services we provide

Adnivo OÜ provides remote consulting and management services to business clients. These include Amazon account management, Amazon advertising management, e-commerce consulting, and marketing management, in each case as set out in the scope agreed with the individual client.

We provide services only. We do not operate warehouses, handle physical goods, provide fulfilment or logistics, resell inventory, or provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

This website

The content of this website is provided for general information about our services. It is not an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to provide services, and it does not create a client relationship. A client relationship arises only under a separate written agreement.

Client responsibility for accounts and decisions

The client owns and remains responsible for its own selling accounts, advertising accounts, product listings, pricing, and commercial decisions. Our role is to advise, manage agreed work, and make recommendations.

The client is responsible for compliance with the rules of any marketplace or platform it sells on, and for the accuracy and legality of the product information, claims, and materials it supplies to us.

Authorized access

Where our work requires access to a client system, that access is granted as a named authorized user under the client's own account, with the minimum permissions the agreed scope requires. The client may withdraw or change that access at any time.

We do not ask for, and clients must not send us, shared account passwords, API keys, access tokens, or other credentials by email or through this website.

No guarantee of commercial results

Marketplace and advertising performance depends on many factors outside the control of any service provider — among them platform algorithms and policy changes, competitor behaviour, pricing, product availability, seasonality, and the client's own operations.

We provide professional management and analysis. We do not guarantee sales, rankings, advertising performance, or any other specific commercial outcome, and nothing on this website should be read as such a guarantee.

Confidentiality

Each party treats the other's non-public business information as confidential and uses it only for the purpose of the engagement. This obligation continues after the engagement ends. It does not apply to information that is public, already lawfully known, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

Third-party platforms

Our services are often delivered on third-party platforms that we neither own nor control. Those platforms may change their rules, interfaces, fees, or availability at any time, and may suspend or restrict an account for reasons outside our influence.

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or decisions of such platforms, and platform outcomes of that kind are not a failure of our services.

Adnivo OÜ is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon. Amazon and related marks are trademarks of their respective owner.

Fees

Fees, billing intervals, and payment terms are set out in the agreement with each client. This website does not publish prices, and nothing here constitutes a quotation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Adnivo OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost revenue, or loss of data arising from the services. Any limitation or exclusion of liability agreed in writing with a client applies to that engagement.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement in accordance with the notice period stated in the written agreement. On termination, the client withdraws the access previously granted to us, we stop the work in progress, and fees for work properly performed up to that date remain payable.

Governing agreement

Where there is a signed agreement, statement of work, or service order between Adnivo OÜ and a client, that document governs the engagement and takes precedence over anything stated on this website if the two differ.

Governing law

These terms and the use of this website are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia, unless a written agreement with a client provides otherwise.
