Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to submit through the contact form on this website. That is: your full name, company name, business email address, company website (optional), the type of service you are interested in, and the content of your message.

We do not require or want sensitive information in that form. Passwords, Seller Central credentials, API keys, access tokens, customer lists, and similar confidential data must never be submitted through this website.

Why we process it

The information is processed for one purpose: to read your enquiry and respond to it as part of ordinary business-to-business communication. The lawful basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us, together with the consent you give when submitting the form.

• Reading and understanding your enquiry.
• Replying by email and continuing the resulting business conversation.
• Keeping a record of enquiries received, for ordinary business administration.

Business communication

Submitting the form starts a business conversation, not a marketing subscription. We do not add enquiry contacts to a newsletter or send unrelated promotional email. If we contact you, it is in reply to what you sent us or to continue the discussion that followed.

Where enquiries are stored

An enquiry submitted through the form is recorded in a database on the server that runs this website, so that we can see and answer it even if the notification email fails to arrive. Access to that record is limited to Adnivo personnel and protected by a password.

We do not log your IP address, device or browser alongside the enquiry, and the site does not profile visitors.

Service providers

We use a small number of third-party providers to operate the website and deliver enquiries to our inbox. They process the data only as needed to provide their service to us:

• An email delivery provider, which transmits the contents of the contact form to our mailbox.
• A hosting provider, which runs the web server and the database described above.
• Our email provider, which stores the resulting correspondence.

International transfers

Adnivo OÜ is established in Estonia. Some of the providers described above operate infrastructure outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where information is transferred outside the EEA, it is done on the basis of the transfer mechanisms offered by those providers, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

If you would prefer that your enquiry not be transmitted through this website, you may contact us directly by email instead.

Retention

Enquiries are kept only as long as there is a business reason to keep them. Where an enquiry does not lead to any engagement, we delete it — both the stored record and the email — within 24 months. Where it does, the related correspondence is retained for the duration of the engagement and afterwards for as long as required for ordinary business and accounting purposes.

You can ask us to erase your enquiry sooner, and we will remove the stored record on request.

Security

The website is served over an encrypted connection, and form submissions are transmitted over that connection. Access to received enquiries is limited to the people at Adnivo who need it in order to respond.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, which is the reason for the restriction stated above: do not send credentials or confidential business data through this form.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you may ask us to confirm what information about you we hold, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its processing, or to provide it in a portable form. Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

To make any of these requests, email us using the address below. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).

No sale of personal information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. The providers listed above act on our instructions only.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and does not run third-party analytics that profile visitors.

Changes to this policy

If we change how information submitted through this website is handled, we will update this page and revise the date shown above.
